One-time check or frequent checks throughout the month
We will stop in and check on your property.
Basic Service - $50 per trip, $40 if done weekly. Tradition residents get $10 off both prices.
- Ensure all doors and windows are locked to help guard against break-ins
- Check exterior on single-family homes and townhomes
- Check condition of pool and landscaping
- Check for visual signs of mold and mildew
- Check for water leaks
- Visual inspection for insects & rodents
- Verify A/C is working properly & replace HVAC filter if needed
- Remove any fliers/door hangers from the front door
- Immediate reporting to Client while on-site if any abnormalities found
- Send an email summary with photos

- Water plants inside
- Water plants outside
- If main water is not turned off, run faucets and flush toilets
- Check mail, bring in house and let Client know if there is anything that looks important
- Start and run car(s) for 10 minutes
- Start and run golf cart(s)
- Clean inside of property after you leave or before you come back
- Power wash concrete
- Pick up groceries and put in house\fridge before you return home
- Bring in or secure outdoor furniture in the event of a hurricane
- Close\open hurricane shutters, first floor only (sorry, we don't put them up if they are not permanently attached)

- Will you need gate access? Yes, please inform security if you have a gate so we can gain access to your property.
- What forms of payment do you accept? Cash, Check, Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard. Payment is due prior to inspection.
